Shehbaz Sharif lays floral wreath at martyrs' monument on Defence Day

MANAWAN (92 News) - Opposition Leader in National Assembly Shehbaz Sharif visited Manawan martyrs' monument in Lahore on the occasion of Defence Day. During his visit, the PML-N president laid a flowers wreath and offered Fateha. He lauded the valor and bravery of the soldiers. Speaking to the journalists, Shehbaz Sharif said that the soldiers of Pakistan Army sacrificed their lives for the defence of the country. He said that Pakistan's defence is invincible. Responding to Narendra Modi, he said that Pakistan has capability to retaliate any Indian aggression. "The sacrifices of Kashmiris would pay off and if we remained united then Kashmir would be free. We are free because of our conquerors and martyrs and now the enemies have no courage to look Pakistan with evil eye," the opposition leader also mentioned. Political and religious parties continued to pay homage to the martyrs who sacrificed their lives for the sake of the homeland. PPP Chairman Bilawal Bhutto said that martyrs will always live in the memory of our future generations. "Federal political forces are the pioneers of Pakistan's ideology," he added.
