Money laundering reference: LHC to hear Shehbaz Sharif's bail plea on March 29

LAHORE (92 News) – The Lahore High Court (LHC) will hear the bail plea of Opposition Leader in the National Assembly Shehbaz Sharif in the money laundering reference on March 26.

Earlier in the application filed through Amjad Pervez advocate, Shehbaz Sharif stated that the money laundering reference against him had been filed and the trial was underway.

He contended that he had been in prison for several months. "All the record is with the NAB, which has not to make any recovery yet," he added.

Shehbaz Sharif said that he would continue to join the trial, demanding bail for him.
