FIA stops PML-N president Shehbaz Sharif from leaving for London

LAHORE (92 News) – The FIA authorities offloaded Opposition Leader in the National Assembly Shehbaz Sharif from a Doha-bound flight at Lahore Airport on Saturday.

The FIA officials informed Shehbaz Sharif that he could not leave as the system could not be updated. After waiting for one and a half hour, Shehbaz Sharif left for his home. 

Shehbaz Sharif informed them about the Lahore High Court (LHC) order for his one-time travel permit. PML-N leader Ata Tarar also showed the judicial order to the officials.

Earlier, the Lahore High Court (LHC) allowed Opposition Leader in the National Assembly Shehbaz Sharif to go abroad once for medical check-up. 
The court had reserved the verdict on the plea for removing Shehbaz Sharif's name from the black list. It allowed Shehbaz Sharif to go abroad from May 8 to July 5.
