Shehbaz Sharif's bail plea: LHC orders NAB prosecutor to present arguments tomorrow

LAHORE (92 News) – Justice Ali Baqar Najafi, while hearing the bail plea of Opposition Leader in the National Assembly Shehbaz Sharif, ordered the NAB prosecutor to present the arguments on Thursday.

He remarked that the verdicts are not verdicts until they bear the signatures.

Justice Shehbaz Rizvi remarked that they could only decide on whether to grant bail or not only after knowing the facts.

Shehbaz Sharif's counsel Amjad Pervaiz advocate stated that it was responsibility of the prosecution to prove the 'benami' transaction. He said that no telegraphic transfer was made in the name of Shehbaz Sharif.
