Shehbaz Sharif shouldn't repeat mistakes while learning from past: Sirajul Haq

ISLAMABAD (92 News) - Jamaat-e-Islami ameer Sirajul Haq has said that PM Shehbaz Sharif should not repeat his mistakes while learning from the past.

Addressing a press conference on Tuesday, he advised the prime minister to hold dialogues instead of exacting revenge. "The PTI failed in showing the performance despite the support of the establishment," he added.

The JI ameer said that the constitution is the symbol of the national unity and the role of each institution had been defined in it. "Poisonous polarization is going on in the country and as a result, the filthy culture of calling names is common," he added.

He said that tolerance in politics has come to an end. "The change in faces of the people will not benefit the country. All narratives and slogans bring power. Neither the poverty for the poor ends nor does he get justice," he declared.
