ISLAMABAD (92 News) – Opposition Leader in the National Assembly Shehbaz Sharif has said that it was a black day of the parliamentary history and the government had bulldozed the bills as well traditions.

Talking to the media outside the parliament on Wednesday, he said that the government's 3-4 votes were counted extra. "The Election Commission of Pakistan has rejected the EVM, but the government wants to impose it. The situation would have improved had the government focussed on reducing inflation instead of the voting machine," he maintained.

Shehbaz Sharif said that today the PTI nexus worked out. "We will consider moving a no-confidence move against the Speaker," he declared.

Earlier addressing the joint session of the parliament, the PML-N president termed the electronic voting machine (EVM) as a evil vicious machine.

Shehbaz Sharif said that Imran Khan Niazi had cut the throat of the masses. "The price-hike is skyrocketing today," he added.

He said that the nine countries using the EVM had also stopped using it. "Overseas Pakistanis are very important for us. In fact, the rulers want to come to the power through EVM," he said, demanding the postponement of the session.

Meanwhile, National Assembly Speaker Asad Qaisar and Shehbaz Sharif had a dialogue that made the House laugh.
