LAHORE (92 News) – Punjab Minister for Information Syed Samsam Bukhari on Wednesday said that Pakistan Muslim League-N (PML-N) president Shehbaz Sharif’s corruption was seen floating in rainwater gather on the roads. Addressing a press conference, criticizing the opposition leader in National Assembly, the minister said that the recent rains have exposed PML-N hollow claims of development and progress. “I saw Shehbaz Sharif’s corruption floating in the rain water gathered on the roads.” Samsam Bukhari also mentioned that the former Punjab chief minister did not do anything except of photo shoot wearing long shoes during the rain. He elaborated that the public was vehemently asking answers for the billions spent on the cities of Punjab. “The people, who claimed to make Lahore as Paris, made the provincial capital city as Venus,” the provincial minister taunted. “Those who chant and sloganeered that they served the province during their tenures and did historic work in the domain were blind to drowning civilians post rain," he added. Earlier, Syed Samsam Bukhari has said that the opposition leaders are crying because their accountability of past ten years is being held. Criticizing the opposition, the minister said that mentioned that the Pakistan Muslim League-N (PML-N) has planned to spread political anarchy. He asserted that people will not come out on streets to defend anyone’s corruption. Samsam Bukhari asked the opposition’s meetings, rallies and conventions saying that why are they being done at this time only and why was there a disconnect with the masses when these political parties were in power. Bukhari also claimed that international Public Relations firms were on board with the opposition to devise an anti-government strategy and create chaos in the country. He further said that the opposition would be answerable for the projects of ‘Sasti Roti’, Ashiana, laptop scheme and metro.
