Shehebaz vows to expose senators who voted for Sanjrani

ISLAMABAD (92 News) – Opposition Leader in National Assembly Shehbaz Sharif summoned the meeting of Pakistan Muslim League-N (PML-N) senators today (on Friday) over horse trading in the election of no confidence motion against Senate Chairman Sadiq Sanjrani. The PML-N president vowed that he would not to spare the party members who voted in favour of Sanjrani and these senators who did not vote for Hasil Bizenjo from within the opposition would be identified and exposed. He also said that horse trading won and democracy undermined. “We will get down to the bottom of the matter and those who sold their conscience will be exposed,” he added. He also and said that the government had bought votes through horse-trading but had lost any respect remaining in the public eye as a result. He also announced that an all parties conference (APC) would be called next week to decide a future course of action. “From now on in every Senate session the opposition will try its best to unmask those who were involved in horse-trading and the buying and selling of votes,” he added. On the other hand, Pakistan Peoples’ Party (PPP) Chairman Bilawal Bhutto-Zardari decided to investigate the matter of failure no confidence motion against Sadiq Sanjrani. The PPP chairman also promised to not spare those who voted against Senate Chairman Sadiq Sanjrani’s no-confidence motion from within the party. He also claimed that the democracy failed and again the puppet government won with looting the right of representatives. “The vote reshuffled on behalf of secret balloting, Bilawal claimed. It is pertinent to mention here that all the PPP members presented their resignations before the party chairman.
