Sheikh Rasheed announces resumption of train operation from Wednesday

LAHORE (92 News) – Federal Minister for Railways Sheikh Rasheed announced to resume the train operation from Wednesday. Talking to the media on Monday, he said that the prime minister had allowed the train service with SOPs. “Trains will be run from May 20 and 30. I have no differences with any province. No person should go to the railway station to leave or take a passenger,” he said. The minister said that the railway department was suffering a loss of Rs15 billion annually. “There is no age restriction for passengers. We will resume all trains if people traveled cautiously until May 31,” he added. He said that all those who looted the country would be nabbed. “I do not see any amendment to the NAB Ordinance.
