Sheikh Rasheed announces to contest elections against PDM

RAWALPINDI (92 News) - Awami Muslim League chief Sheikh Rasheed announced to contest the elections against the Pakistan Democratic Movement (PDM), saying that he will contest the elections from both seats. 

Talking to the media after hearing of a case pertaining to the Lal Haveli on Monday, he said that the Pak Army is the best army. "COAS Asim Munir is the best army leader and Lt Gen Nadeem Anjum is our pride," he added.

Sheikh Rasheed said that the May 9 tragedy was a mean programme. "We swear that no injustice was meted out to us," he declared.

The AML chief said that baseless cases were constituted against him and he was not guilty.

On the other hand, the LHC has ordered the Auqaf Department to de-seal the Lal Haveli.
