Sheikh Rasheed says next elections will be held in April or May

ISLAMABAD (92 News) - Awami Muslim League chairman Sheikh Rasheed has said that the next elections will be held in April or May.

Addressing a press conference on Friday, he said that he was standing with Imran Khan like a rock. "I will participate in the long march along with a sea of people from Lal Haveli," he added.

Sheikh Rasheed said that the country was on the verge of default. "The corrupt government is telling a lie with the people," he added.

He said that the economic condition is worst while political instability is very complex. "The incompetent government has been imposed on the country. An attempt was made on the lives of Arshad Sharif and Imran Khan," he added.

The AML chairman said that they will not let the government flee. "The army has made the good decision of remaining away from politics," he maintained.

He said that the martyrdom of Arshad Sharif was part of a conspiracy. "It was a script of a big conspiracy that failed," he opined.
