Sherry Rehman elected first female opposition leader in Senate

ISLAMABAD (92 News) – PPP leader Sherry Rehman was elected the opposition leader in the Senate on Thursday. She will be the first female opposition leader in the Upper House. The Senate Secretariat has issued a notification in this regard. The PPP candidate had the support of 34 members.
