Shibli Faraz says decision on sugar scandal before Eid

ISLAMABAD (92 News) – Federal Minister for Information Shibli Faraz has said that the decision on the sugar scandal before would be announced before Eidul Fitr.
Addressing a press conference on Tuesday, he said that the sugar and medicines cases do not resemble the cases of Shehbaz Sharif.
He said that the matter of placing the name of Shehbaz Sharif on the exit control list (ECL) had not been discussed in the cabinet. “However, we will not let him (Shehbaz Sharif) escape,” he said.
The minister said that Shehbaz Sharif had demanded new elections in a talk show despite serious allegations against his family.
He said that the cabinet approved the establishment of the mobile manufacturing sector. “A subsidy amounting to Rs37 billion has been given under the head of fertilizers. An amount of Rs6 billion has been allocated for pesticide. A sum of Rs2.5 billion has been allocated for the local sector,” he said.
