SHO among two cops martyred in Charsadda

CHARSADDA (92 News) – The Parang SHO and a constable were martyred in an encounter on Thursday. A police party led by Parang SHO Ayub Khan raided an area to recover illegal weapons. On seeing the police, the criminals opened fire on them. As a result, SHO Ayub Khan died on the spot while two constables were injured and taken to hospital where Shah Hussain succumbed to his injuries. Charsadda DPO Zahoor Afridi said that a search operation had been launched in the area.
