Shuja Khanzada case has been resolved, claims IGP Punjab Mushtaq Sukhera

LAHORE (92 News) – IGP Punjab Mushtaq Sukhera has claimed that they have resolved the Shuja Khanzada case. Talking to the media on Friday, he said that he could not say anything about the arrest of the accused. He admitted that it was police’s negligence in the beginning of the Kasur child abuse case. The IGP announced the golden handshake scheme in Punjab police. “A constable can avail the golden handshake scheme at the age of 50 or after 22-year service,” he maintained. He said that they were trying to improve relations between the police and the media.
