ISLAMABAD (92 News) – Pakistan Muslim League-Q (PML-Q) Chief Chaudhry Shujaat Hussain on Wednesday advised the leaders should refrain from attacking each other on the personal grounds during the crucial time of Pakistan. Reacting to the remarks of Minister for Information Fawad Chaudhry, Shujaat said that the country is passing through crisis so the leaders should refrain from attacking each other on the personal grounds. The PML-Q chief has accepted apology of Fawad Chaudhry over his recent remarks about a forward bloc within PML-Q. He said that the minister felt his mistake and tendered apology over his comment on the PML-Q. “The things must move on as dragging the matter will ultimately benefit the political opponents,” Shujaat said. He further said that the PML-Q’s coalition with the Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf’s federal government aimed to steer country out of present crises. Earlier today, PML-Q leader Moonis Ellahi and Tariq Basheer Cheema also expressed anger over the remarks of Fawad Chaudhry. Moonis Elahi demanded of the Prime Minister Imran to discipline his team and apology from the information minister. It is pertinent to mention here that the PML-Q, Muttahida Qaumi Movement-Pakistan (MQM-P), the Balochistan Awami Party and the Grand Democratic Alliance (GDA) are the coalition partners of the PTI in the National Assembly. Earlier today, BNP chief Sardar Akhtar Mengal has said that he has no plan to collapse the government. Talking to the media before the BNP central executive committee on Wednesday, he said that just one percent of their six points was not implemented. “The alliance of the opposition parties is the sequence of strengthening democracy,” he said. The BNP said that they would remain an ally of the government if their demands were accepted. “We will support the government in good deeds and oppose the bad acts,” he said.
