Simultaneous conduct of elections in country's interest, says Azam Nazir Tarar

ISLAMABAD (92 News) - Federal Law Minister Azam Nazir Tarar has said that the simultaneous conduct of the elections is in the interest of the country.

Talking to the media on Tuesday, he said that the amount had been allocated in the budget for the general elections.

"No one can be selected in the caretaker government. The laws should be in harmony with the modern requirements," he added.

The minister said that several evil practices developed during the dictatorial rule.
