KARACHI (92 News) – After days of wrangling between members of the Sindh Assembly, Sindh Chief Minister Murad Ali Shah apologised on behalf of the Pakistan Peoples’ Party members for the mudslinging. Addressing the Sindh Assembly session on Sunday, the chief minister apologised on behalf of the treasury and thanked PTI leader Haleem Adil Sheikh for his apology. “We will try to improve the environment in the assembly. Chief Minister Murad Ali Shah also expressed reservations with the opposition, saying that whatever happened in the house similar like the fish market. “People elected us, should not insult them. The opposition leaders should show their tolerance. Murad Shah informed the house that the federal government is not allocating the proper funds to Sindh government. He said that the provincial government received less than 59 billion rupees from the original development funds, adding that the projects have to transform due to the lack of funds. The CM claimed that the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) stole the money of the provinces and fulfills its targets. “There is need to take reforms in the FBR,” he said.
