Sindh CM Murad Ali Shah announces big relief for small traders

KARACHI (92 News) – Sindh Chief Minister Syed Murad Ali Shah on Saturday announced a big relief for small traders, allowing them to do business at the limited level. During a meeting with the Sindh chief minister at CM House, it was decided to do work under the SOPs through the home delivery. Separate days will be allocated for some business activities. Guidelines and recommendations in this regard will be completed. The chief minister set up a committee comprising provincial ministers Saeed Ghani, Syed Nasir Shah and Imtiaz Sheikh to formulate SOPs in consultation of traders. Talking to the media after a meeting with the Sindh CM, Electronic Market Rizwan Irfan said that their meeting had been good and good news is expected soon. All Sindh Tajar Ittehad president Jameel Piracha said that their meeting was meaningless. “The CM ordered to reopen the business, but do not know when would it open,” he added. The traders’ community said that the government should formulate the SOPs and implement immediately to reduce their worries.
