Sindh govt decides to increase salaries, pensions by 10 percent

KARACHI (92 News) – The Sindh government has decided to increase the salaries of the employees by 10 percent. Source said that different proposals, including a 10 percent increase in pensions, are also being considered. He said that the Sindh government had decided not to include new schemes of over 10 departments in the new budget. They said that budget would be allocated for the ongoing schemes of the Social Welfare, Food Department and Sindh Revenue Board. The Sindh government will present the budget on June 17. The federal government has not increased the salaries of the employees.
