Sindh govt has zero tolerance for corruption, says Murtaza Wahab
KARACHI (92 News) - Sindh Government Spokesperson Murtaza Wahab has said that the provincial government has zero tolerance for corruption.
Talking to the media on Monday, he said that action was taken on time after mega scandal was pointed out in the Motorway project.
"We will ensure transparent investigations in the scam. The Matiari deputy commissioner has been arrested and Rs 420 million have been recovered," he added.
The Sindh government spokesperson said that the Noshero Feroze deputy commissioner had been removed. We will bring him back after issuing the arrest warrants for him," he added.
He said that Imran Khan had been taking U-turn during the last 22 years. "I do not take Imran Khan's any word seriously," he added.
Murtaza Wahab said that the portfolio of the Karachi administrator is not permanent. "I will quit it whenever the party will order me," he added.
