Sindh govt seeks Army, Ranger's help for anti-bandit operation in Katcha area

KARACHI (92 News) - The Sindh government has sought Pakistan Army and ranger's help for a military operation against bandit gangs in Shikarpur’s katcha area on Monday.

According to the sources, a request will be made to the federation for a military operation in the Kacha area in Larkana. Chief Minister Murad Ali Shah has granted approval to the anti-bandit operation in the katcha area

It added that a large-scale operation will be launched against outlaws in the area adjacent to Shikarpur.

On the other hand, Shikarpur police raid Gulistan-e-Jauhar in Karachi and arrested controversial tribal chieftain Tegho Khan Teghani after an attack on police in which two policemen were martyred.

Eight accused including Tigho Khan Teghani and two sons involved in the martyrdom of three policemen were arrested
