Sindh govt yet to decide on Rangers special powers

KARACHI (92 News) – Sindh government on Tuesday is yet to make a decision regarding Sindh Rangers special powers as the paramilitary force’s special powers due to expire today. The Sindh government could not even send the summary extension in special powers of detaining suspects for 90 days and their deployment in Sindh including Karachi to the Home Ministry. The provincial government had earlier extended the power of the paramilitary force from May 4 to July 19.
