Sindh High Court bans motorcycle-rickshaw in the province

KARACHI (92 News) – Sindh High Court on Wednesday ordered to immediately ban motorcycle-rickshaw against a petition challenging government’s ban. Sindh High Court announced its verdict on the petition challenging the government’s ban on motorcycle-rickshaw. While giving decision on the petition, the court gives remarks that the chingchi rickshaw driving is the violation of citizens’ basic rights and it also disturbs the traffic. It is pertinent here to mention that the chingchi rickshaw owners had filed a petition in Sindh High Court against the government’s decision to ban motorcycle-rickshaw in the province.
