Sindh notch up 42-run victory against Balochistan in Pakistan Cup

FAISALABAD (92 News) – Sindh thrashed Balochistan by 42 runs in the rain-affected third match of the Pakistan Cup at Iqbal Stadium on Thursday. Batting first after winning the toss, Sindh scored 266 runs in the stipulated overs. Khurram Manzoor (100) and Sami Aslam (108) were the main scorers. Owing to the rain, the target for Balochistan had to be curtailed to 229 runs in the 31st overs. Captain Azhar Ali’s century failed to produce results and Balochistan were bundled out for 186 runs. Muhammad Amir and Anwar Ali took two wickets each.
