Six-year-old dog-bite victim dies in Larkana

LARKANA (92 News) – A six-year-old boy, who was severely injured by stray dogs, succumbed to his wounds at NICH Karachi on Wednesday. Hasnain was being treated in hospital for three weeks. A 10-member team was formed for his treatment. Doctors said that the infection of the patient had worsened. Sindh Chief Minister Syed Murad Ali Shah and Governor Imran Ismail had assured of his treatment abroad. Health Minister Dr Azra Pechuho has directed the Larkana deputy commissioner to make arrangements for the burial of the boy. He also ordered to cooperate with the family of the victim. Meanwhile, Sindh Chief Minister Syed Murad Ali Shah has expressed grief and sorrow over his demise. “We tried our best to save his life,” he said. He also prayed may Allah Almighty grant fortitude to the bereaved family to bear the irreparable loss.
