Soft image is nothing, but inferiority complex: PM Imran Khan

ISLAMABAD (92 News) – Prime Minister Imran Khan has said that soft image is nothing, but an inferiority complex.

Addressing the prize distribution ceremony of the National Amateur Film Festival on Saturday, he said that self-respect brings the soft image. "The world respects those who respect themselves. We should promote 'Pakistaniat' if we want to promote the soft image," he added.

"It is a new beginning. Short films show that we are heading towards the right direction. I have seen rise and fall of our film industry. We started copying the Indian film industry for business," he maintained.

The prime minister said that he was termed as Taliban Khan.

He said that PTV was once watched across the world, including India. "Only originality is sold in the world and the copy has no status," he added.

PM Imran Khan said that he wanted modernism in the film industry. "In the past, vulgarity had been introduced in the film industry," he said.
