LAHORE (92 News) – Making some important revelations, Pakistan Muslim League-Q (PML-Q) President Chaudhry Shujaat Hussain has said that some people were in favour of cracking down against the last year’s Jamiat Ulema-e-Islam-F (JUI-F). In a statement, the PML-Q leader said that when Maulana Fazlur Rahman came to Islamabad with his caravan of supporters, some people wanted to use force against them. He also said that no one was willing to talk to Prime Minister Imran Khan at that time. “Punjab Assembly Speaker Chaudhry Pervaiz Elahi, who was not even a member of the government committee, was asked to discuss the matter with the prime minister,” Chaudhry Shujaat maintained. The PML-Q president disclosed that Chaudhry Pervaiz Elahi met Imran Khan and advised him to not use force as no one will take responsibility if any casualty occurs. “I would advise PM Imran to solve the country's problems with mutual consultations. Everything must be forgotten and efforts must be made [by the prime minister] to solve the country's problems,” he said.
