Spot Fixing Scandal: FIA seeks inclusion of cricketers’ names on ECL

LAHORE (92 News) – The Federal Investigation Authority (FIA) has on Sunday summoned five players suspended over alleged involvement in spot-fixing during Pakistan Super League 2017.

The FIA has sent a letter to the Interior Ministry suggesting it to include the names of five players Sharjeel Khan, Khalid Latif, Mohammad Irfan, Shahzaib Hasan and Nasir Jamshed on the Exit Control List (ECL).

The agency said it is about to launch investigation against the five cricketers.
