Statement against judge: IHC to start contempt of court proceedings against Imran Khan

ISLAMABAD (92 News) - The Islamabad High Court (IHC) has decided to start a contempt of court proceedings against PTI chairman Imran Khan for issuing a statement against an additional judge.

A three-member bench comprising of Justice Mohsin Akhtar Kayani, Justice Mian Gull Hassan and Justice Babar Sattar will hear the plea.

The decision to start the contempt of court proceedings has been made in consultation with the all judges of the IHC.
