Statements of Shehbaz Sharif, Bilawal Bhutto over IMF are surprising: Fawad Chaudhary

ISLAMABAD (92 News) – Federal Minister for Information and Broadcasting Fawad Chaudhary has said that the statements of Opposition Leader in the National Assembly Shehbaz Sharif and PPP chairman Bilawal Bhutto over the International Monetary Fund (IMF)are surprising.

In a tweet on Monday, he advised both opposition leaders to look at their record to avoid humilation.

شہباز شریف اور بلاول کے IMF پر بیان حیرت انگیز ہے، آج تک پاکستان نے IMF سے 13.79 ارب ڈالر لئے ان میں سے پیپلز پارٹی نے 47% اور نون لیگ نے 35% قرضے اٹھائے باقی تمام حکومتوں نے مل کر 18% قرضہ لیا ، میرا مشورہ ہے کہ بات کرنے سے پہلے اپنے ریکارڈ دیکھ لیا کریں تا کہ شرمندگی سے بچ سکیں

"Pakistan so far has taken loans of US$13.79 billion from the International Monetary Fund (IMF). Of the total, the PPP got 47 percent and the PML-N received 35 percent loans. All remaining governments got the 18 percent loan," he added.
