Strong govt completing five years should be formed, wishes Jahangir Tareen

LODHRAN (92 News) - Istehkam-e-Pakistan Party patron-in-chief Jahangir Tareen has said that he wished a strong government completing five years should be formed after the general elections.

Talking to the media after submitting his nomination papers from NA-155 on Friday, he said that the committee formed with regard to the seat adjustment was working.

"Our objective is to bring a change in the country and make the people prosperous," he maintained.

Jahangir Tareen said that he was offered to contest the elections from another constituency, but Lodhran was his house and he preferred to contest the elections from his house.

"Our manifesto is people-friendly. We will improve the economy and eliminate poverty. We will allocate a hefty amount of Rs5 billion for the development of Lodhran if voted to the power," he added.
