Students stripped naked, tortured for hours in Gujrat

GUJRAT (92 News) – Some influential people stripped naked students, tortured them for hours and made their video in Dinga, Gujrat on Monday. The accused also paraded them in the area. Sources said that a group of students had the students belonging to their rival group. They beat them up with iron rods and clubs with several hours. The police registered a case against the accused when 92 News aired the footage of the incident. The Gujrat DPO said that no citizen is above the law and strict action would be taken against the accused. Meanwhile, Punjab Chief Minister Sardar Usman Buzdar has taken notice of the matter and sought a report from the Gujrat DPO. He also ordered action against the responsible.
