Supreme Court seeks record of hundreds of acres allotted to Bahria Town illegally in Malir

ISLAMABAD (92 News) – The Supreme Court has summoned the record of allotting hundreds of acres of land to Bahria Town illegally in Malir. The court also summoned the chief secretary, Board of Revenue senior member and other parties on the next date of hearing. The court also expressed concern over the procedure of appointment and promotion of Malir Development Authority DG Muhammad Sohail Khan and Malir DC Qazi Jan Muhammad.
