Supreme Court to hear NRO case on January 4

ISLAMABAD (92 News) – The Supreme Court of Pakistan fixed the NRO case for hearing on Friday. A three-member bench led by Chief Justice Mian Saqib Nisar will hear the case on January 4. Notices have been issued to PPP co-chairman Asif Zardari, Pervez Musharraf’s counsel and others. On the other hand, the Asghar Khan implementation case and the case pertaining to return of Hussain Haqqani have also been fixed for hearing.
