ISLAMABAD (92 News) – The Election Commission of Pakistan (ECP) has issued a notice to Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) chairman Imran Khan for his address in Talagang on Sunday.

The ECP said that Imran Khan’s address was a violation of the code of conduct.

On the other hand, the hearing of PTI party funds case was held in the election commission on Monday.

The PTI’s lawyer said that the court does not have the authority to hear this case.

The chief election commissioner in his remarks said, “If the ECP is not authorized to hear the case, how can it conduct the elections?”

He taunted that apparently the commission has all the powers except to question the PTI.
