Tania murder case: SHC orders IGP to provide security to victim’s relatives

KARACHI (92 News) – The Sindh High Court (SHC) has ordered the IGP Sindh to provide security to the relatives of Tania Khaskheli and supervise the case. The court also remanded two accused in the police custody for seven days. The Jamshoro SSP told the media that the accused Khan Muhammad alias Khanjo Nohani and Maula Bukhsh alias Molo Nohani had already been arrested and the weapon used in the murder had been recovered. He said that the Jhangara SHO and ASI Muhammad Ali Khaskheli have been suspended. The SSP added that the ATA sections had been included in the case. The case has been adjourned until Sept 29. Earlier, the Pakistan Khaskheli Ittehad protested outside the Sindh High Court. They demanded that action should also be taken against the facilitators and influential bigwigs.
