Tanzeem Ittehad-e-Ummat urges to resolve ongoing situation via dialogue

LAHORE (92 News) – Tanzeem Ittehad-e-Ummat Pakistan Chief Muhammad Ziaul Haq Naqshbandi has appealed leadership of Tehreek-e-Labbaik Pakistan (TLP) to resolve prevailing situation emerged after Supreme Court verdict in Aasia Bibi case through dialogue. Addressing a joint news conference along with prominent Ulema of Ahl-e-Sunnat school of thought, he urged the TLP leadership to pursue the legal course and avoid confrontation and agitation. He also appealed to the protestors not to harm properties and lives of the people. Muhammad Zia said that the TLP leadership should immediately take back its improper remarks about state institutions and national leadership. He said armed forces of Pakistan should not be dragged into any controversy as they are engaged in war against terrorism and offering unprecedented sacrifices for the motherland.
