Target killer handed over to Rangers on transit remand till September 28

KARACHI (92 News) – The Judicial Magistrate Central handed over a target killer to the Rangers on transit remand till September 28. Rehan alias Bihari involved in the target killing of over 50 people was produced in court amid tight security. Rangers Law Officer Zia Janjua told court that Rehan alias Bihari was arrested in a raid in the Sarjani Road area. He said that during the preliminary investigation, the accused had confessed to target-killing of over 50 people. He added that the accused had also been involved in incidents of extortion and terrorism, while weapons and stolen items had been recovered from him. The court directed the Rangers to produce the accused in the trial court after the Eid holidays.
