Tariq Fatemi calls on US Deputy Defence Secretary Robert Work in Washington

WASHINGTON – Special Assistant to Prime Minister on Foreign Affairs Syed Tariq Fatemi called on US Deputy Defence Secretary Robert Work in Washington on Saturday, reported 92 News. During the meeting, both sides exchanged views on wide ranging issues of common strategic interest. Both the leaders expressed satisfaction that Pakistan-US bilateral relationship was on an upward trajectory. Tariq Fatemi appreciated US support to Pakistan in dealing with security challenges and reiterated Pakistan's determination to resolutely fight the menace of terrorism. Earlier, he met House Committee on Rules Chairman Pete Sessions.
