Tayyaba Torture Case: SC orders to present Child Labor Bill

ISLAMABAD (92 News) – The Supreme Court has on Tuesday ordered the government to present the domestic Child Labour Bill.

A three-member bench of the Supreme Court headed by Chief Justice of Pakistan Justice Mian Saqib Nisar resumed hearing of the Tayyaba torture case.

During the proceedings, Additional Attorney General Rana Waqar told the court that the government has prepared the Protect of Children bill and they wanted to present the bill in the court.

Chief Justice of Pakistan Justice Mian Saqib Nisar directed the Additional Attorney General to show the bill to all stakeholders and inform the court.

Advocate General Islamabad Mian Abdul Rauf said that the challan has been submitted in the court.

The court further adjourned the hearing till next week.
