ISLAMABAD (92 News) – Minister for Science and Technology Fawad Chaudhry has said that tenancy act should be imposed on Jamiat Ulema-e-Islam-F (JUI-F) chief Fazlur Rehman because PML-N and PPP have taken him on rent. Addressing a press conference outside the Parliament House, the minister said that Maulana Fazlur Rehman has become moderator between both the parties and trying to play religious card. Fawad Chaudhry also said that Fazlur Rehman wants to use students, studying in the Madrassah, as his shield. He also warned that the armed persons would be dealt with iron hands. The PTI minister also suggested the PML-N and the PPP to separate from JUI-F chief. He condemned the police torture on MNA and Fixit founder Alamgir Khan outside the Local Government Minister’s office. He said that all cases against opposition leaders were made by each other during their regimes, adding that the protest by opposition parties over the matter is useless. To a question, he clarified that the US President Donald Trump had given a clear and sound message to India on the Kashmir issue. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=pV5QDL6_dbw Earlier, taking jibe at Jamiat Ulema-e-Islam-F (JUI-F) chief Fazlur Rehman, Special Assistant to Prime Minister on Information Firdous Ashiq Awan has said that Maulana Fazl is very restless for being distant from power. Speaking to the journalists outside the Parliament House, the special assistant said that Maulana has been playing in the millions so he is repeating the word of million and million. She also termed that the JUI-F chief should avoid the dirty politics for his personal interests behind the wall of religion. “Maulana Sahib is standing side-by-side with looters and the nation is well aware of their wrongdoings. Maulana Sahib! You should also remember that the act to support robbers is a violation of the teachings of religion,” she mentioned.
