Terror bid foiled in Chaghi, arms recovered

CHAGHI (92 News) – A major terror bid was foiled in Chaghi area of Balochistan on Monday. According to security sources, the Frontier Corps (FC) and security agencies on an intelligence tip off took an action in mountain ranges between Gardi Forest and Posti in Chaghi. The security forces recovered huge cache of arms and ammunition hidden underground. The seized weapons included rocket launcher, hand grenade, mortar shells, anti-person mines besides other explosive materials. The terrorists were shifting the arms to Afghanistan through Panjgur Gardi when security forces taking timely action intercepted them and foiled their terror bid, security sources said. The security forces cordoned off the area and started further investigation.
