Terrorism case: Imran Khan fails to appear before JIT despite being summoned

ISLAMABAD (92 News) - PTI chairman Imran Khan on Friday failed to appear before the joint investigation team (JIT) in a case registered against him under the Anti-Terrorism Act.

The PTI chairman was summoned at 3pm on Friday.

After the absence of Imran Khan, the police will submit the challan along with their stance in court.

PTI leader Babar Awan said that they had presented their stance to the police through their counsel. "Imran Khan had uttered only two sentences. Neither it was terrorism nor any recovery was made in the case," he maintained.

He said that they are again sending the written stance to the police.
