Terrorist Kulbhushan case: Pakistan writes letter to ICJ for early hearing

ISLAMABAD (92 News) – Pakistan has written a letter to the registrar of the International Court of Justice (ICJ) to hear the case of the terrorist Kalbhushan Jhadav.

In the application, it has been requested to fix the hearing date till six weeks.

The Pakistan Mission in the Netherlands through the Foreign Office sent the letter to the ICJ.

Attorney General Ashtar Ausaf will appear in the ICJ on the next hearing date.

Sources said that the election for the ICJ judges are scheduled for November and for this reason, the case be heard early.

They said that the ICJ could start the hearing in October.
