Terrorists attack FC check-post in Dera Bugti; One assailant killed, another captured

DERA BUGTI (92 News) –  Unknown masked gunmen attacked a Frontier Corps (FC) check-post in the Peer Sori area on Saturday resulting in one assailant’s death and another’s capture in injured condition. According to details, the terrorists attacked the check-post with rockets and automatic weapons. The FC officials responded valiantly killing one and injuring another who was later captured and shifted to a undisclosed location for interrogation. In a statement, FC Inspecter General Sher Afghan said that the FC is determined to fight terrorists till the last man is standing. “We will go to all limits to eliminate the curse of terrorism from the country,” he said. Soon after the attack reinforcements reached the spot and cordoned off the area. Search operations are underway to arrest those who fled the scene. Investigations are underway.
