RAWALPINDI (92 News) - Terrorists suffered a serious setback with large casualties during the operation on Sunday night in area close to the Afghan border, according to Director General (DG) Inter Services Public Relations (ISPR) Major General Asim Bajwa. Masatul Pass, which links Khyber Agency to the Afghan border and was being used by terrorists for movement to Afghanistan, has also been seized by the military, General Bajwa said. “The noose around terrorists is being tightened,” he added. The DG ISPR said significant effects were achieved in air strikes targeting terrorists with militants fleeing Sokh.
