Terrorists’ treatment case against Dr Asim Hussain adjourned until Nov 5

KARACHI (92 News) – An anti-terrorism court adjourned the terrorists’ treatment case against Dr Asim Hussain on Saturday. The defense counsel told the court that the accused could not be produced due to his poor health. The court ordered to ensure presence of all accused so that they could be indicted. On the other hand, the court also rejected the bail plea of the co-accused Qadir Patel. Meanwhile, Dr Asim Hussain was produced in two NAB courts in the cases of illegal land allotments. He faces the charges of corruption amounting to Rs 462 billion.
