21st death anniversary of renowned Qawwal Aziz Mian observed

LAHORE (92 News) – Famous Qawwal, poet and musician Aziz Mian had died 21 years ago, he is being remembered on his 21 death anniversary on Monday.

Aziz Mian gained fame in the art of Qawwali with his unique style which very few people get.

Aziz Mian was born on April 17, 1942 in Delhi, India. He started learning Qawwali at the age of 10 and continued to learn Qawwali till the age of 16.

Aziz Mian received his MA in Urdu and Arabic from the University of the Punjab.
