The University of Faisalabad convocation's last session held at Health Sciences Campus
FAISALABAD (92 News) – The last session of convocation of The University of Faisalabad, while observing the coronavirus SOPs, was held at Health Sciences Campus on Tuesday.
Punjab Minister for Minerals Hafiz Ammar Yasir, who was the chief guest, awarded degrees to students.
The University of Faisalabad Patron-in-Chief Mian Muhammad Haneef and Chairman Board of Governors Mian Haider Amin welcomed the chief guest.
Speaking on the occasion, Hafiz Ammar Yasir termed the university infrastructure as world class. "May this institution make progress day and night so that the next generations could get benefit from it," he added.
Mian Muhammad Haneef and Mian Haider Amin congratulated the students and expressed good wishes for them.
In the last session of the convocation, 601 female students belonging to Pharmacy, Physical Therapy, Dietitian and Nutrition, Optometry and Nursing Departments were awarded degrees. Ten students were awarded gold medals, 14 silver medals and 10 bronze medals for their best performance.
